I was fortunate: my upbringing was shaped on the sports field, where the scoreboard tells the truth and you rise by showing up again. As a young adult I met setbacks and failures that could have defined me. Instead, they taught me. Failing forward carried me into a corporate career I am proud of, until the turn came: the realisation that the value I could add reached far beyond my own path. Kureos World was born from that turn in 2016, and it has carried me into the careers and lives of brilliant, ambitious people across more than fifty countries.
